Food was OUTSTANDING. Moist brisket, excellent grilled sausage, incredible coleslaw, fantastic beans. I'm going to come back to the Smokestack again and again any time I'm in Big Bear Lake. Excellent, fast service on a busy Saturday. We didn't lack for anything. Fun ambiance with a view of the lake in the distance. Great place right off the beaten path. Love this place. HIGHLY recommend if you like your bbq smokey and not slathered in sauce to hide the flavor.

Went to try their burgers. Absolutely hands down the best charbroiled burger in all of Big Bear. 40 year locals we have tried them all. Bun was buttery toasty, we ordered our patties well and fries extra crispy. Veggies come on the side so you add what you want. We have tried their BBQ pulled pork, Amazing! Their brisket is to die for and have also tried their Pastrami sando also amazing. But this burger? Mouth watering! Great views and very clean. Every chair leg and under every table was clean. It's obvious that someone is getting down there and cleaning daily!
